LAXMI BLOCK CUTTER : MODEL : LBC

Introduction

LAXMI BLOCK CUTTER is today's best equipment for cutting of marble/granite block into tile strips. The main machine consists of two vertical pillars fabricated from heavy M.S. plates on which a cross Slide which is also made of heavy M.S. Platters perform Up & Down. Horizontal disc & Vertical disc Housing Moves on this Cross Slide. Block is placed on M.S. Trolley which is driven hydraulically on perfectly machined rails to obtain cutting stroke. The trolley speed can be varied from 0 To 5.5 meter per minute by operating hydraulic flow control valve. The shift of cutter to next position is done automatically and accurately by Electric Sensor Mechanism. All movements of disc, trolley, housing, cross-slides etc. are motorized and made automatic through control panel limit switches counter setting etc. Running hours of machine is automatically recorded by the hour meter provided on panel board.
