LAXMI SINGLE DISC CUTTER : MODEL - LSDC

Introduction

Single Disk CutterLAXMI SINGLE DISC CUTTER  is best suited for cutting / dressing of various sizes of long tile strips.The machine has fabricated M.S. table. Cantilever type M.S. hanger is placed on it on which bearing Housing & diamond wheel make Transverse motion by a Hydraulic Cylinder. The speed of cutting stroke & return stroke can be adjusted by positioning limit switches. Both Ends of table are provided with several idler roller for smooth manual feeding of tile strips. The stopper Setting has also been provided to set the angle & length of tile strip to be cut. The machine is equipped with hydraulic power pack complete with hydraulic pump, motor, solenoid valve & fittings.

LAXMI DOUBLE DISC CUTTER : MODEL - LDDC

Introduction

Double Disk CutterLAXMI DOUBLE DISC CUTTER  is best suited for cutting of right angle tiles from long tile strips.The machine has fabricated M.S. table. Cantilever type double beam is placed on it on which cross Holding two Separate cutter Housing Slides Transverse motion by a Hydraulic Cylinder.

Distance between diamond wheel can be varied. Both cutters cut the tiles parallel to each other and right angle to the table. The speed of cutting stroke & return stroke can be set by a hydraulic flow control valve.Similarly length of stroke can be adjusted by Limit Switches. Both ends of table are provided with several idler rollers on which tile strips are fed manually for cuttings. Stopper setting can also set the length of tiles.

Four Disk CutterIntroduction

LAXMI FOUR DISC CUTTER   is best suited for cutting of right angle tiles from long tile strips. The machine has fabricated M.S. table. Cantilever type double beam is placed on it on which cross holding four separate cutter housing slides transverse motion by a variable frequency drive. Distance  between diamond wheel can be varied. Both cutters cut the tiles parallel to each other and right angle of the table. The speed of cutting stroke & return stroke can be set by a hydraulic flow control valve. Similarly Length of stroke can be adjusted by Limit Switches. Both ends of table are provided with several idler rollers on which tile strips are fed manually for cuttings. Stopper setting can also set the length of tiles.
