LAXMI GRANITE GANGSAW (LGG – 120.)

Introduction

Laxmi Granite GangsawThis machine is designed and constructed ideally for cutting granite blocks in slabs with high efficiency, Trouble free working with high speed, keeping in view all the safety measures and this all of course with  very competitive cost.

  • Drive System: This machine is consists of a heavy and well balanced fly wheel suitable for Reciprocate movement of saw frame. The drive on fly is obtained by an induction motor through V- belts. The shaft of the fly wheel is made by special steel, mounted on heavy C. I. Pedestals with large self Aligning Roller bearings.
  • Saw Frame : Blade frame assembly is designed to with stand tension load, all stresses and vibrations during operation. It is fabricated from heavy M.S. steel plates with box type construction.
  • Columns : Four heavy duty C. I. Columns with perfectly balanced lead screw are Supported with Thrust bearing. The column are joined with heavy duty box type tie beam. It with stand all movement of the frame and maximum shock load during the operation.
  • Connecting Rod :  Connecting rod is made from heavy steel plates and its one end is supported with self aligning roller bearings ensures smooth and accurate operation.
  • Slurry Pump : This pump is made from alloy steel,  with casing of though Rubberized Casting to protect abrasion from steel shots and will be driven by 30 HP. Motor. We also provide a steel shot Feeder, lime feeder and steel shot reclamation unit with machine.
  • Control Panel : We also provide a control panel with all control devices for ensuring a complete Control devices for ensuring a complete control over the electrical connection for desired safe operation.

  • Drive System : This machine is consists of a heavy and well balanced fly wheel suitable for Reciprocate movement of saw frame. The drive on fly is obtained by an induction motor through flat belts. The shaft of the fly wheel is made by special steel, mounted on heavy C. I. Pedestals with large self Aligning Roller bearings.
  • Saw Frame : Blade frame assembly is designed to with stand tension load, all stresses and vibrations during operation. Four special sliding guide units are provided to support & guide the reciprocating movement of the blade holder frame. These sliding guide units having self aligning system remain in Constant oil bath ensures remarkable precision during alternative motion of blades during the operation.  
  • Columns : Four heavy Columns of stiffened and shape steel are provided which are designed to with stand all movement of the frame during the operation.
  • Trolley : The trolley performs up & down motion with the marble block for cutting operation, on  a Heavy duty platforms, which is guided by vertical tracks mounted on four columns.
