Introduction

LAXMI RESINE LINE is consist on line Process with Following System in involved in line. Complete with Control Panel, Hydraulic System, for Automation, electric hot air Generator for heating the slab.

  • Slab Lifting Crane :

  • Feeder : The Feeding system for feeding to Pre-Heating chamber with slab carrier up-down movement for exit of slab.
  • Pre-Heating Chamber : This is a 70 feet long chamber fully covered and ensulated with glass wool for privation of heat Losses. Pre-heating chamber temperature 40* to 80* adjustable.
  • Feeder : This feeder is to feed the slab with carrier to filling chamber.
  • Filling Chamber : Region Filling chamber for region filling dully ventilated.
  • Vaccume Chamber : It is a completely sealed chamber with heaving vaccume arrangement.
  • Slab Staking Chamber : his is a chamber heaving capacity to stock 50 (FIFTY SLAB) with its carrier dully insulated Ensuring not to allow heat losses.
  • MACHINE REQUIRES AREA 110 X 10 FT. TOTAL POWER 84 HP. CONNECTED LOAD.
