Introduction

This plant is best suited for calibrating of sizes, Chamfering of all four edge & grooving on bottom surface off marble/granite tiles. This is a continuous type of plant consists of 5 tables made of fabricated M.S. sheet.

LAXMI POLISHING MACHINE 450 MM WIDTH: MODEL: LPM (10+3)

Introduction

The Tile Polishing machine is suitable for the mass production of polished tile with continuous process. The machine consists of sturdy steel frame on which perfectly finished C. I. Platform  is placed. The Tile first passes through calibration heads which calibrates the thickness of tile then these  automatically moves to several Polishing heads on same moving belt Conveyor. The Polishing is done by Individual Polishing heads placed on the line of moving belt Conveyor while tiles are in Motion.

The   Multi Stage Calibration & polishing on single machine ensures the perfect size and shining polish on tiles/tile strips. The belt movement can be varied to suit, type, hardness and size of tiles. Similarly each polishing head is provided with Pneumatic Cylinder by which Abrasives are pressed upon moving Tiles for Efficient Polishing. The pressure can also be relived/regulated depending upon type of material, type of surface and type of Polish desired. This Abrasive of Individual Polishing head can be Lifted or lowered while Other heads are working to every stages of polishing & make adjustment for maintenance of individual Polishing heads Separately. The Tiles after polishing at all the stages are automatically moves on Idler Rollers situated at other and for collection and further operation. The calibrating heads which maintain desired thickness of tiles can be lifted / lowered by hand wheels provided on each head. There is indicator of height of abrasive holder above moving belt conveyor.
