M/S Laxmi Engineering works, Udaipur, is one of the pioneer in the country to manufacture a complete plant right from handling raw material to processing of finished product granuals.
The plant consists of Skip Hoist, Carbofuran technical material handling system, Stirrer rotary blender, Intermediate hopper cum storage bin, Screw feeder, Rotary drier, Lump crushing device, Hot air generator, Elevator, Twin storage bin, Screw conveyor & packing machine.
As carbofuran is a hazardous material, the plant has been desingned fully mechanized & automatic so that the man power requirement is minimised.
A full proof pollution free system is incorporated in the plant & the whole plant works under a negative pressure to pass all fumes & gases through a scrubber. The complete plant, including the weighing system based on load cell can be operated & monitored from an electrical control panel with ease in clean environment
