Established in the year 1967 by late mr. D.N. Sharma, who grew it from a small manufacturer of discrete machinery to a leading industrial manufacturing heavy engineering company, renowned to design & manufacture high-performance machine & equipment for many downstream manufacturing and service industries that include mines & minerals, metal, marble & granite, and infrastructure industries.

In the year 1967, Late Mr. DN Sharma set up a workshop to cater to the growing demand of industrial machines & equipment. A few years later, he persisted with quality, and forayed into new domains. This was only the start of things to come.
Today, following his footsteps & values, we still call Udaipur our home, and that small intrepid, family-owned business has grown into a renowned industrial solutions company, with more than 400 employees and over 2 locations supplying products globally.

Our strong engineering capabilities are the result of exceptional infrastructure that we invest in. Equipped with world class machine tools, equipment & state-of-the-art facility operated & managed by a workforce of 400 personnel, the sprawling 3,50,000 sqft future-ready infrastructure consists of a pattern shop, a machine shop, a fabrication division, a design section, a testing lab and sales & service section, housing more than 100 machines, enables us to design any type of bespoke machine & equipment and undertake work order of any size while ensuring minimum environmental damage through our stringent environmental protection procedures. And a wide global reach & sales in india and overseas only reassures the laxmi quality promise.
A recent addition of an advanced foundry unit in Abu Road, Rajasthan only boosts our strength and our clients’ confidence.
